Brief information about Company:

Since its establishment, East Telecom has focused on providing high-quality internet services and a full range of telephony services, which has enabled the company to quickly become one of the leading fixed-line operators in Uzbekistan. To deliver its services, East Telecom LLC utilizes its own backbone and distribution networks based on fiber-optic and copper communication cables. In order to meet the growing demand for the implementation of digital technologies in business, East Telecom, following global trends, has begun transitioning from a traditional telecommunications service provider to an advanced DX (Digital Transformation) company. This has enabled the company to offer new and innovative solutions to its business partners and to take leading positions in the field of Digital Transformation in Uzbekistan. The company’s clients have the opportunity to receive a full range of services from a single operator—services that previously required contracts with multiple service providers.

III. Audit standards requirements: Audit according to the IFRS.

V. Required information and documentation from Bidder:

1. Company’s information (Name, form of property, legal address, bank information, information about Founders and Head of Company).

2. Work experience during the last 3 years (Name of client, form of activity, volume of work, duration of provided service).

3. Information about personnel engaged for providing of service (Full name, position, working experience).

4. Information about documents entitling to exercise this kind of activities (Charter, licenses, accreditation certifications and etc.). Please submit notarized copy of required documents.

5. Please provide schedule of work with detailed description of each stage of audit inspection and required information and documents should be provided by Company with the purpose of successfully and timely completion of work.

6. Please provide service fee calculation for service for a one-year and a three-year contract.

7. Copy of insurance.

8. Schedule of compensation.

9. Pro form of contract.

10. Proposals should be submitted in the Russian and English languages.

V. Proposal’s submission

VI. Deadline of the submitting of Proposals is 30th of April, 2026.
