Reporting and analytics specialist

1-3 years — required experience

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain regular reports using Excel and other relevant tools.

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Collaborate with team members to gather data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Develop data visualization skills for effective presentation of results.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support senior team members in specialized analytical projects and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, analytics, statistics, etc.).

  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with large data sets and extract valuable insights.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Previous experience or internships in data analysis or reporting is a plus.
