  • Attract new clients through cold and warm calls and client meetings.

  • Expand the existing client base.

  • Prepare commercial proposals according to client needs.

  • Actively sell all company services via phone and in-person meetings.

  • Conduct negotiations to close deals and secure sales.

  • Maintain the existing client base by informing them about new company services.

  • Respond to incoming client inquiries.

  • Maintain records and document flow, timely prepare commercial proposals, contracts, invoices, work completion reports, and ensure the availability of work completion reports.

Candidate Requirements, Professional Knowledge, and Skills:

Sales Managers should know:

  • Cold calling techniques.

  • Active selling techniques.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Fluent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek languages, knowledge of English is a plus.

Sales Managers should be able to:

  • Handle rejections.

  • Use client rejections to identify their needs.

  • Identify client needs and fulfill them through company services.

  • Close deals successfully.

  • Maintain positive relationships with company clients.

  • Utilize knowledge and experience gained in other fields for sales purposes.

  • Prepare customized commercial proposals for specific clients.

  • Prepare work completion reports.

Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience, experience in a telecommunications company is preferred, preferably with knowledge of IT technology sales.

Education: Higher education or vocational education, preferably in the field of information technology.
