Candidate Requirements, Professional Knowledge, and Skills:
Sales Managers should know:
Cold calling techniques.
Active selling techniques.
Negotiation skills.
Fluent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek languages, knowledge of English is a plus.

Use client rejections to identify their needs.
Identify client needs and fulfill them through company services.

Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience, experience in a telecommunications company is preferred, preferably with knowledge of IT technology sales.
Education: Higher education or vocational education, preferably in the field of information technology.
